Lisbon Heritage Hotels have four units in the Best of the Best of the Travellers’ Choice Awards

As Janelas Verdes, Solar do Castelo, Hotel Britania Art Deco, and Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel are the properties recognized by TripAdvisor.

The Lisbon Heritage Hotels, known for their units located in historic buildings, which combine heritage appreciation with personalized service, were recently honored in the lists of the Best of the Best in the acclaimed TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.

The Best of the Best distinction – TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, which celebrates service excellence and customer satisfaction, is awarded to less than 1% of the 8 million establishments listed on TripAdvisor. As one of the most important distinctions in the travel industry, the platform recognizes the best destinations worldwide based on traveler reviews and opinions over a period of 12 months.

Included in the Small & Boutique – Portugal category, which ranges from hidden gems to cozier retreats, the units As Janelas Verdes and Solar do Castelo were distinguished within this more exclusive segment. Regarding the Top – Portugal, for hotels that meet all requirements, the Hotel Britania Art Deco and the Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel were recognized as units that offer exemplary service at all levels. The Hotel Lisboa Plaza also didn’t go unnoticed by guests and received the Travellers’ Choice Awards certificate.
