Guarantee Policy
A valid Credit Card is required at booking time for all rates.

Deposit Policy
Non Refundable Rate: Full prepayment charged into credit card at the time of reservation.
Flexible Rate: A credit card is necessary to guarantee the reservation. Payment at check in. Deposit not required.
Golden Age: Full prepayment charged into credit card at the time of reservation.

Cancellation/Modification Policy
Non Refundable Rate: Non refundable in case of cancellation, however date changes are allowed without penalties, up to 7 days before arrival.
Flexible Rate: Cancellation or modification free of charge up to 2 day before arrival.
Golden Age: Non refundable in case of cancellation, however date changes are allowed without penalties, up to 7 days before arrival.

If the establishment is closed, other alternatives or reimbursement will be offered at no charge.

No-Shows Policy
Non Refundable Rate: Full prepayment and non refundable.
Flexible Rate: Full stay charged to your credit card.
Golden Age: Full prepayment and non refundable.

Late Check-Out
On request. Please contact Reservations Department for more information and conditions. Additional fees may be applied.

Groups
When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Pets – Terms – Hotel Lisboa Plaza
2 pets are allowed per room.
They can’t be left alone in the room.
They shouldn’t bother the other guests.
They are not authorized to enter Restaurant and Terrace.
Their owners will be held responsible for any damage eventually caused.
If these terms are not fulfilled, the stay at the hotel will not be possible.
