This giveway is promoted by Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA – owner of Libon Heritage Hotels – company with VAT number 505 291 029 and headquartered at Tv. do Salitre, Lisbon.
Participation in the Giveawy implies the full and unreserved acceptance by Participants of the terms and conditions set out in this text, and by participating in the competition, they declare that they accept the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations.
- Promoting Entity and goals of the giveway
The Promoting Entity of this giveaway is Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA.
The current giveaway aims the promotion of the tourist services of Lisbon Heritage Hotels.
- Participation
Interested parties must participate through the Lisbon heritage Hotels Instagram profile (@lisbonheritagehotels), with access to the participation rules being available on the Lisbon Heritage Hotels Instagram bio link.
The eligibility conditions for participation are:
(i) follow @lisbonheritagehotels profile on Instagram;
(ii) leave a comment on the September 16, 2021 competition post, with your favorite hotel choice, explaining why;
(iii) mention 3 friends to participate as well.
Any individual over 18 years of age can participate in this competition.
Each competitor can only participate only once.
- Duration
The giveaway runs from the 16th to the 22nd of September 2021. After the 22nd of September, new entries are not considered valid.
- Prize, choosing the winner and awarding the prize
a) All entries considered valid (which complied with the Regulation requirements) will be evaluated by a jury composed by the Lisbon Heritage Hotels Marketing team, who will choose the most creative answer (that is, with the most creative justification for choosing the hotel).
b) One night-stay at one of the 5 Lisbon Heritage Hotels will be awarded, to enjoy a double room for two people with breakfast included, till 28 February 2022 and subject to hotel availability, within the scope of this giveaway.
c) The announcement of the winner of 1 night-stay at the Lisbon Heritage Hotels will be made on September 27, 2021, through a story on the Instagram profile @lisbonheritagehotels, mentioning the winner.
d) The winner must contact the Lisbon Heritage Hotels via a private message on Instagram to determine the data to send the prize (full name, telephone number and email).
e) If the winner does not identify himself within 72 hours of the announcement of the winner, another winner will be selected.
f) Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA is not responsible for the impossibility of contacting the winner or delivery of the prize due to incorrect or incomplete data.
g) If the winner is unable to receive the prize, he will not be awarded any other prize or substitute value, nor any type of compensation.
- General conditions
a) Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA may suspend participants, without prior or subsequent notice, which it considers to be violating or defrauding the rules of the Contest.
b) Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA reserves the right to eliminate any participant and/or their respective participation that is in any way violating these terms and conditions.
c) Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA reserves the right to eliminate entries depending on their content or whenever one of the cases occurs: (i) Defamation or violation of the rights of third parties; (ii) Discrimination based on gender, race or religion; (iii) Indication of defamatory links, with offensive, obscene or violent content; (iv) Violation of commercial or intellectual property rights; (v) Incorporation of viruses or other electronic or physical elements that could damage or impede the normal functioning of the website.
d) Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA reserves the right to terminate, alter, shorten, delay or extend this action at any time, in the event of any illegal or fraudulent activity, or any external factor, beyond the control of the organization , which affects the smooth running of the giveaway. In these circumstances, participants will not be entitled to any type of compensation. The suspension of the giveaway will be announced on the Lisbon Heritage Hotels Instagram profile.
e) The prize cannot be substituted or transferred to another person, and there is no possibility for the winner to receive a cash prize as an alternative.
f) Employees of Lisbon Heritage Hotels, as well as their first degree family members, are not allowed to participate in this giveaway.
g) The cases not covered by these terms and conditions will be resolved by Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA and their decisions will not be appealed.
- Personal Data
The identification data provided by the participant is intended exclusively for the management of the Giveaway, September 2021.
The winner expressly consents to the use of their name on Instagram to participate in the manner and means that Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA deems appropriate. By providing their personal data under and within the Giveaway, the Participant declares that they are true and that they are responsible for communicating any changes to them that may be necessary.
The provision of personal data is mandatory, being necessary for the management of the Giveaway.
The personal data transmitted to Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA will be by it, or by the entity by this subcontractor for this purpose, used and processed for the purposes of managing the Giveaway.
Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA is committed to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of the personal data of the Participants.
Participants in this giveaway have the right to information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to their data, and in order to exercise such rights, they must do so in writing to the following email address: marketing@heritage. pt.
Considering the purpose behind the collection of your personal data, they will be transmitted to the entity subcontracted by Heritage, Hoteis, G&M, SA that will manage the Giveaway.
